Marketing Consent
Explains how BlueKiwi Community may send updates, event notices, and promotional messages, and how users can opt out.
Effective date April 15, 2026
This is a draft notice intended to accompany any marketing opt-in UI. Actual channels and mandatory disclosures should be finalized before launch.
1. Scope of consent
This document explains consent for receiving product updates, beta feature announcements, educational content, events, and promotional messages from BlueKiwi Community.
2. Delivery channels
Subject to user consent, marketing messages may be sent through email or other electronic channels used by the service.
- Product updates and new feature announcements
- Workflow recommendations, educational materials, and events
- Promotions and campaign notices
3. Refusal and withdrawal
Users do not need to agree to marketing messages in order to use the core service, and can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Data used for marketing delivery
Where consent exists, the operator may use an email address, username, and limited service usage history to send relevant messages and avoid duplicate delivery.
